‘Lawyer wellbeing and mindfulness’ is more than a commonly used buzz word. The American Bar Association has recognized some of the greatest issues facing the legal profession are mental health issues, including substance abuse and stress. But all is not lost. Brendan Cournane is a Certified Professional Development Coach who uses his training and experience to help lawyers and other professionals identify the influencers that increase stress (both positive and negative) in lawyers’ lives.
