If ya wanna run fast, ya gotta run fast!

Many runners have used Coach Brendan’s Speed Training Program on their way to a Boston Marathon Qualifier! Others have set a personal best time after participating in his Speed Training Program.

It is recommended that speed runners have a base of 25 miles a week for the last 3 months and have run a race of at least a half marathon distance in the last 4 months.

Spring Speed Training is an 8-Week Session beginning March 11, 2014. It will help you set the stage for better performance in your summer training.

Summer Speed Training is an 18-Week Session which starts in early summer. It will prepare you to run faster in your half and full marathon races in the late summer and fall. Runners meet Tuesdays 6:30 pm at various locations along Chicago’s lakefront.
