Good Form Will Carry You Through℠

"Good Form" means running better by:

  • Running more efficiently
  • Combining good posture with good arm, leg and stride technique
  • Running relaxed while breathing smoothly and consistently

Whether an experienced runner trying for a PR, someone new to running, or somewhere in between -- become a more efficient and improved runner through good training.

Good training involves goal setting, building a base, learning what works best for you and working towards realistic and achievable goals. It includes periodic reviews of those goals and adjustments, as necessary.

Information on nutrition, mental fortitude and an understanding of how to improve your running form are important elements to maintaining an effective training program.
