The first group run will be held on November 12, 2016, starting at 7:30 a.m.  All group training runs will begin and end at Road Runner Sports, 1435 North Kingsbury Street, Chicago.  A friendly store with secure areas to store your during the training run and purchase any gear or supplies you need.

This is a 12-week training program, with a goal race of the F3 Half Marathon along Chicago’s Lakefront on January 28, 2017, and the training schedule fits other half marathons in the early winter season (like the Bermuda Triangle Challenge, or the Disney Experience).  Coach Brendan will work with you to provide a training schedule suited to your needs and experience level.

Whether you are new to running or training for a Boston Qualifier in 2017, Coach Brendan can help you get the most out of your training.  This season will maintain your winter fitness (or prepare you for your 2017 racing season).

Not all runners are the same.  We vary in experience, genetics and goals.  To accommodate runners of different levels, Coach Brendan has prepared six training schedules, 3 for continuous running and 3 for run/walking a marathon.  Upon registration, Coach Brendan will assist you in selecting the training schedule best suited to your current condition.
