Fall Into Winter Training 2014-15

After a summer of getting in shape, don’t lose your fitness over the holiday season and winter months!

Join Coach Brendan Running for the 2014-15 Fall Into Winter Half Marathon Training Program. This is a 12-week training program, with a goal race of the Bermuda Triangle Challenge in beautiful Hamilton, Bermuda, over the weekend of January 16 – 18, 2015.

Three races in 3 days! And 4 medals!

There is a one-mile run on Friday evening, a 10K on Saturday morning and a Half Marathon on Sunday morning.

Train through the holiday season and bring home the bling in January. If you are not joining us in Bermuda, this program is great for the F3 Half Marathon in Chicago on January 25, 2015, and other half marathons in January or just to stay in shape over the holidays and winter months.

Join us for training group long runs on Saturday mornings. The first group run will be held on November 1, 2014, starting at 7:30 a.m.
