ABC 7 in Chicago came out this Summer to make sure everyone know's that Brendan Courane is "Someone You Should Know"
It was an amazing afternoon this past summer when Chicago's ABC 7 followed me through the park as I trained a group of local athletes and running enthisiasts. The clip above aired July of 2008.
